Privacy Policy

Golden Crop is provided by Linne, LLC (“Linne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how Golden Crop handles information when you use the app or contact us for support.

Photos and videos you choose in Golden Crop are processed on your device. Linne does not receive or store the contents of your selected media. You decide where exported files are saved or shared using Apple’s Photos, Files, and share-sheet controls.

Golden Crop may keep working files temporarily in the app’s local storage while a crop or export is in progress. These files remain on your device and can be removed by deleting the related item or the app.

Golden Crop asks for permission before sending anonymous analytics or diagnostics. If you opt in, the information may include a randomly generated installation identifier, app version and build, broad device capability information, feature interactions, media type and duration range, selected crop or export settings, processing time, model download or use status, and error categories.

Analytics and diagnostics do not include your photos or videos, filenames, file paths, email address, prompts, advertising identifiers, or precise location. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking, and it is not linked to your identity.

You can change analytics and diagnostics choices in Golden Crop’s privacy settings. When consent is off, those events are not sent. Pending events are stored locally until they can be sent with permission or are removed.

Some optional features may download an AI model to your device. The model provider or Linne’s delivery service may receive standard network information such as your IP address, request time, and device networking metadata when the download occurs. Model processing of your selected media happens on your device.

If you email us or send a diagnostic report through the share sheet, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and the report. Diagnostic reports are created locally and can be reviewed before you send them.

We use information we receive to operate Golden Crop, understand feature reliability, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We may use service providers that process information for us under appropriate obligations. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it to track you across apps or websites.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including support, reliability analysis, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Golden Crop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

You can decline or disable analytics and diagnostics in the app. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or delete personal information you have provided directly. Because analytics records are anonymous and not linked to your identity, we may be unable to identify a specific anonymous record as yours.

We may update this policy as Golden Crop changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated when required.
